Okla. Admin. Code § 1:2012-25
I, Mary Fallin, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, hereby direct the appropriate steps be taken to fly all American and Oklahoma flags on State property at half-staff starting at 8 a.m. on Friday, September 14, 2012, until 5 p.m. on Friday, September 14, 2012, to honor those who were killed and injured on Tuesday, September 11, 2012, in the tragic attack on our diplomatic facility in Benghazi, Libya.
The flying of the flags at half-staff is a symbol that allows the people of Oklahoma to express their sympathy and support to the families and friends of the many innocent victims of this heinous attack.
This executive order shall be forwarded to the Director of the Department of Central Services who shall cause the provisions of this order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of State government.
