Okla. Admin. Code § 1:1972-1
By virtue of the authority vested in me by law, it is hereby ordered that the State Board of Pharmacy and all its personnel be and are hereby placed under the merit system of personnel administration prescribed by the Merit System of Personnel Administration Act and the Rules and Regulations promulgated thereunder by the Oklahoma State Personnel Board.
It is further ordered that this Executive Order shall amend and supersede Executive Order heretofore made by this Office dated April 28, 1996, dealing with the same State Board of Pharmacy.
