Okla. Admin. Code § 1:1966-4
By virtue of the authority vested in me by law, it is hereby ordered that The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (59 O.S. 1839), be placed under the merit system of personnel administration as prescribed by the Merit System of Personnel Administration Act (74 O.S. Supp. 1961, Sections 801-839 inclusive), and the Rules and Regulations of the Oklahoma State Personnel Board.
It is further ordered that the following personnel be exempt from this order: The Secretary-Treasurer, The Assistant to the Secretary-Treasurer, One Private Secretary, and The Educational Program Director.
