Section 901:6-7-01 - Method of sale(A) The "National Institute of Standards and Technology Handbook 130, Chapter IV Uniform Regulations, Section B Uniform Regulation for the Method of Sale of Commodities" (2023 edition) is hereby adopted with the exception of the following paragraphs which are covered under Chapter 901:6-5 of the Administrative Code:(1) 2.21. Liquefied petroleum gas;(2) 2.27. Retail sales of natural gas sold as a vehicle fuel;(3) 2.30. Ethanol flex fuel;(4) 2.31. Biodiesel and biodiesel blends;(5) 2.32. Retail sales of hydrogen fuel (H);(6) 2.34. Retail sales of electricity sold as a vehicle fuel; and(B) The " National Institute of Standards and Technology Handbook 130, Chapter IV Uniform Regulations, Section B Uniform Regulation for the Method of Sale of Commodities" (2023 edition) is available for download from the Ohio department of agriculture website at "http://agri.ohio.gov/" or from: "National Institute of Standards and Technology
