Section 901-19-33 - Prohibited grooming practicesThis is a mandatory rule.
The following grooming practices are prohibited in junior market livestock shows unless those grooming practices are permitted under rule 901-19-32 of the Administrative Code:
(A) Using any substance to enhance or change the color of the livestock, including the livestock's hide or hooves;(B) Adding any substance externally to build up, change or alter the shape or conformation of the livestock, including by way of example but not limited to rope, false hair, graphite, hemp, and powders;(C) Pigmented grooming aides or materials; and(D) Slick clipping or body shaving of market hogs except on the ears and tails.Ohio Admin.
