Whoever violates commission rules is guilty under section 5537.99 of the Revised Code of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense. On each subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
Whoever violates division (C) of section 5537.16 of the Revised Code, when the violation is a civil violation for failure to comply with toll collection rules, is subject to a fee or charge established and published publicly by the commission .
Whoever violates division (C) of section 5537.16 of the Revised Code in regard to allowable axle or vehicle loads shall be fined in accordance with division (A) of section 5577.99 of the Revised Code.
