Section 5501:1-5-01 - Requirements of certification(A) Any heliport at which commercial operations are conducted, as defined in rule 5501:1-1-01 of the Administrative Code, shall conform to all FAA requirements found in the current edition of "Advisory Circular (AC) No. 150/5390-2."(B) All helicopter landing sites must be equipped with an operating wind indicator.(C) Helicopter landing site touchdown points shall be marked with an "H" or other FAA approved touchdown point markings.Replaces: 5501:1-4-01
