Section 5120:1-5-05 - Program monitoring and evaluation of participating counties(A) A local or joint county corrections planning board or its designee, shall cooperate with the department of rehabilitation and correction ("department") in monitoring and evaluating community control sanctions funded by the department.(B) Each program shall use the management information system utilized by the department's bureau of community sanctions for the collection and reporting of information related to the funded community control sanction.(C) Each program shall separately report financial information according to the grant manual prescribed by the department. (D) The department's bureau of community sanctions shall prepare an annual report highlighting the department's community corrections act program.(E) The department's bureau of community sanctions shall evaluate the effectiveness of the program in the development and implementation of the community correction act.Ohio Admin.
