Section 5120:1-12-12 - Prisoner discipline Each twelve-hour facility shall maintain the following minimum standards regarding discipline: (A) (Important) Prisoner rules will specify prohibited acts. (B) (Important) Prisoner rules will specify the fundamental rights that cannot be suspended except in an emergency or other conditions beyond the control of the jail administrator. (C) (Important) Jail disciplinary measures will not include corporal punishment, discipline administered by prisoners, or withholding food. Replaces: 5120:1-12-12
