Section 4901:1-29-04 - Records and retention(A) Each retail natural gas supplier and each governmental aggregator shall establish and maintain records and data sufficient to: (1) Verify its compliance with the requirements of any applicable commission rules.(2) Support any investigation of customer complaints.(B) Unless otherwise prescribed in this chapter, all records required by this chapter shall be retained for no less than two years.(C) Unless otherwise prescribed by the commission or its authorized representatives, all records required by this chapter shall be provided to the staff within three business days of its request.Ohio Admin.
