Section 4901:1-16-13 - Emergency proceedings(A) The commission may initiate an emergency gas pipeline safety proceeding consistent with section 4905.95 of the Revised Code. (B) The commission shall conduct such proceedings in accordance with Chapter 4901-1 of the Administrative Code, except where inconsistent with this rule. (C) Prior to a hearing under this rule, the commission may, without notice, find an emergency exists, may order the attorney general to seek remedies as provided in section 4905.96 of the Revised Code, and shall provide for an expedited hearing to begin no later than thirty days thereafter. The order shall remain in effect no longer than forty days after the date it was approved.
