Section 4901:1-12-04 - Applicability(A) The provisions of this chapter shall apply to any gas or natural gas company subject to the jurisdiction of the commission, with respect to the establishment or approval by the commission of a uniform rate or provision pursuant to section 4905.304 of the Revised Code, and as provided under paragraph (A) of rule 4901:1-12-06 of the Administrative Code. (B) The commission may, upon an application or a motion filed by a party, waive any requirement of this chapter, other than a requirement mandated by statute, for good cause shown.Ohio Admin.
