Section 4758-6-14 - Scope of practice for independent chemical dependency counselors-clinical supervisor (LICDC-CS) with gambling disorder endorsement An individual who holds an independent chemical dependency counselor-clinical supervisor license and a gambling disorder endorsement may do all of the following in addition to those services outlined in rule 4758-6-06 of the Administrative Code:(A) Diagnose and treat gambling disorder conditions;(B) Perform treatment planning, assessment, crisis intervention, individual, family, and group counseling, case management, and educational services insofar as those functions relate to gambling disorder;(C) Supervise gambling disorder counseling.Ohio Admin.
