Section 4758-6-12 - Scope of practice for chemical dependency counselors III (LCDC III) with gambling disorder endorsement(A) An individual who holds a chemical dependency counselor III license and a gambling disorder endorsement may do all of the following in addition to those services outlined in rule 4758-6-04 of the Administrative Code:(1) Treat gambling disorder conditions;(2) Diagnose gambling disorder conditions under supervision;(3) Perform treatment planning, assessment, crisis intervention, individual, family, and group counseling, case management, and educational services insofar as those functions relate to gambling disorder;(4) Supervise gambling disorder counseling in accordance with section 4758.63 of the Revised Code. (B) An individual holding a chemical dependency counselor III license shall not practice as an individual practitioner.Ohio Admin. Code 4758-6-12
