Section 4741-1-06 - Method of giving public notice(A) Prior to the proposed adoption, amendment or rescission of any rule by the state veterinary medical licensing board, public notice thereof shall be given at least thirty days prior to the date set for the public hearing thereon, by advertising in the Register of Ohio in accordance with applicable state law.(B) The board shall furnish the public notice required under section 119.03 of the Revised Code and as detailed by paragraph (A) of this rule to any person who requests notice in writing .
