Section 4117-15-01 - Employee organization registration and annual report(A) Every employee organization that is certified or recognized as a representative of public employees under Chapter 4117. of the Revised Code shall within sixty days after certification or recognition, file with the board a registration report on a form prescribed by the board together with two copies of the employee organization's constitution and bylaws. Such filing shall be in conformance with division (A) of section 4117.19 of the Revised Code. (B) By the fifteenth day of the fifth month following the end of the employee organization's fiscal year, every employee organization shall file with the board an annual report. Such filing shall be in conformance with division (B) or (G) of section 4117.19 of the Revised Code, whichever is applicable. Ohio Admin. Code 4117-15-01
