Section 4115-7-11 - Shipping and packing(A) Products shall be shipped freight prepaid (FOB destination). Delivery is accomplished when a shipment is received and accepted by the purchasing agency. Time of delivery is the date stated on the procuring agency purchase order. (B) Standard pack information is as required by the procuring agency. (C) Subject to approval by the committee, a central nonprofit agency, when it deems necessary, may request payment from procuring agencies for set-up costs or costs incurred related to unusual delivery requests of products.
