The board of building standards, Ohio department of industrial relations, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the revocation of the certification of the city of Eastlake, Ohio building department to exercise enforcement authority, to accept and approve plans and specifications, and make inspections pursuant to sections 3781.03 and 3791.04 of the Revised Code, for Chapters 4101:2-51, 4101:2-53, 4101:2-55, 4101:2-57, 4101:2-59, 4101:2-61, 4101:2-63, 4101:2-65, 4101:2-67, 4101:2-69, 4101:2-71, 4101:2-73, and 4101:2-75 of the Administrative Code.
