Section 3770-6-04 - Confidentiality statutesThe following federal statutes or regulations or state statutes and administrative rules make personal information maintained by the agency confidential and identify the confidential personal information within the scope of rules promulgated by this agency in accordance with section 1347.15 of the Revised Code:
(A) Social security numbers: 5 U.S.C. 552a., unless the individual was told that the number would be disclosed. (B) "Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Information," "Federal Bureau of Investigation," "LEADS," NCIC," "NLET," "III," and/or "CCH" criminal records check results: 5 U.S.C 552, sections 109.571, 109.572, and 4776.04 of the Revised Code and Chapter 4501:2-10 of the Administrative Code. (C) "Name, address, and social security number of a beneficial owner of a lottery prize award using a trust" except where the beneficial owner otherwise consents in writing: division (A)(1) of section 3770.07 of the Revised Code. (D) Driver's license number or state identification card number when in combination with and linked with an individual's first name or first initial and last name: section 1347.12 of the Revised Code.
