Section 3745-104-48 - Risk management plan: certification(A) For program one processes, the owner or operator shall submit in the RMP the certification statement provided in paragraph (B)(4) of rule 3745-104-06 of the Administrative Code.(B) For all other covered processes, the owner or operator shall submit in the RMP a single certification that, to the best of the signer's knowledge, information, and belief formed after reasonable inquiry, the information submitted is true, accurate, and complete.Ohio Admin.
