All university of Toledo athletics department staff members will enter into a compliance agreement with the athletic director. This agreement certifies that the staff member will adhere with the policies, practices and regulations of the university and the rules and regulations of the national collegiate athletic association ("NCAA") and mid-American conference.
As a condition of a staff member's employment at the university of Toledo, each staff member will sign the memorandum - compliance with the policies, practices and regulations of the university and the rules and regulations of the NCAA and mid-American conference. The memorandum verifies the staff member's obligation to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and policies. Failure to comply with the signed memorandum could result in disciplinary or corrective action that could include suspension without pay for a period of time or termination of employment.
