Section 3304-1-11 - Accessibility to meetings, conferences, and seminars; and OOD offices(A) All meetings, conferences, and seminars sponsored by OOD shall be held in buildings that are in compliance with accessibility standards established by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, and Ohio law, rules and code.(B) All announcements and communications for meetings, conferences, and seminars shall include a notice indicating that services shall be made accessible to individuals with disabilities attending the meeting, if requested within specified timeframes in the notice.Ohio Admin.
