Section 1501:46-3-09 - Releasing of plants and animals prohibited(A) No person shall release any wild or domestic animal and abandon such animal, or plant or culture any seed or vegetation of any type in any area administered by the division without the written permission of the chief of the division.(B) Tenants of the division, who lease realty or structures on areas administered by the division, are permitted to have small gardens.Ohio Admin.
