Section 1501:14-5-02 - Alternative water supply information(A) An applicant for a permit or an amendment that will be dewatering shall submit, as part of the application, an analysis of the availability and suitability of alternative water supply sources that will be utilized to fulfill the water supply replacement provisions of section 1514.13 of the Revised Code. (B) The absence of suitable replacement water supply sources will be grounds for denial of an application for a permit or amendment as provided in division (B) of section 1514.02 of the Revised Code.
