Section 122:32-1-03 - Eligible applicant(A) An application will identify one eligible applicant. The eligible applicant will be the lead entity and needs to be authorized to apply on behalf of the site owner(s).(B) The eligible applicant will designate a sole point of contact for the project.(C) The eligible applicant will comply with any other criteria the director determines is necessary.
