Section 111:3-9-11 - Enhancements and significant adjustments; duties

The vendor shall notify the secretary of state of enhancements and significant adjustments to equipment as required under division (E) of section 3506.05 of the Revised Code.Notice may be accomplished by contacting the elections division of the office of the secretary of state.
