Section 109:1-5-15 - Quarterly report requirements for manufacturers with electronic instant bingo endorsements All manufactures with electronic instant bingo endorsements shall file a report with the attorney general within ten days of the close of each quarter upon a form prescribed by the attorney general. The report will require electronic instant bingo records to be kept and reported separately from any other reports required to be filed with the attorney general.Ohio Admin. Code 109:1-5-15
