Section 109:1-5-09 - Fees for electronic instant bingo endorsement for distributors Any person desiring to obtain an electronic instant bingo endorsement as described in division (F) of section 2915.081 of the Revised Code shall pay to the attorney general an annual fee of ten thousand dollars, for an electronic instant bingo endorsement to that license.
