Section 8-07-04-02 - Payment or gift to government officials prohibited

An architect or landscape architect shall neither offer nor make any payment or gift to an elected or appointed government official with the intent of influencing the official's judgment in connection with a prospective or existing project in which the architect or landscape architect is interested.
