Section 75-03-11.1-08.2 - Duties of school-age child care program directorThe school-age child care program director, in collaboration with the school-age child care program operator, shall:
1. Plan, supervise, and conduct daily activities in the school-age child care program; 2. Maintain enrollment, health, attendance, and other required records; 3. Screen, schedule, supervise, and be responsible for the conduct of staff members while the staff members are on duty; 4. Designate a supervisor for each school-age child care program site; and 5. Perform other duties as delegated by the operator. N.D. Admin Code 75-03-11.1-08.2
