Section 75-02-07.1-21 - Adjustment factor for direct care, indirect care, and food and plant costs

The adjustment factor will be applied to adjust historical costs. The adjustment factor will be used to adjust direct care, indirect care, and food and plant costs, exclusive of bad debt expense.
