Section 75-02-01.2-87 - Job opportunities and basic skills program -Exemptions from participationAn individual is exempt from participation in the job opportunities and basic skills program if the individual is:
1. A parent or other eligible caretaker relative age sixty-five or older;2. A dependent child who is under age sixteen or a dependent child who is age sixteen or over and who is enrolled or has been accepted for enrollment as a full-time student for the next school term in an elementary or secondary school or in a vocational or technical school that is equivalent to secondary school and will graduate by the child's nineteenth birthday, unless the child is a single head of household;3. A parent or other eligible caretaker relative of a child under two months of age who is personally caring for the child full time; or4. A parent providing care for a disabled family member living in the home, provided that the need for such care is supported by documentation.N.D. Admin Code 75-02-01.2-87
