Section 75-02-01.2-40 - Combined supplemental security income and temporary assistance for needy families households1. With respect to the same month, no individual may receive assistance through both the supplemental security income program and the temporary assistance for needy families program.2. An individual who is receiving supplemental security income benefits may be a member of a household as an ineligible caretaker relative for a child in the household.3. Assets or income owned solely or jointly by the recipient of supplemental security income benefits, including that portion of income disregarded in determining eligibility for supplemental security income benefits, may not be considered available to the members of the household.N.D.
