Section 75-02-01.2-08 - Notification of program requirements

All applicants must be notified of generally applicable program requirements and of related services through the provision of brochures and through the provision of responses to inquiries made by applicants concerning program requirements. Applicants and recipients are responsible to call attention to their particular circumstances, and to inquire as to the effect of those circumstances on eligibility.
