Section 69-09-01-11 - Service meters required1. All gas sold by a utility shall be charged for by meter measurements, except that which may be otherwise authorized by the commission. 2. Unless otherwise authorized by the commission, each utility shall provide and install at its own expense and shall continue to own, maintain, and operate all equipment necessary for the regulation and measurement of gas to its customers. Where additional meters are furnished by the utility to be used as submeters, or for the convenience of the customer, a charge for such meters may be made in accordance with a schedule approved by the commission.
