Section 54-03.2-08-04 - Board review and initial approval status

The board shall act on the application and the surveyor's report within three months of the survey. The program must be notified in writing of the board's decision whether to grant or deny initial approval status. The board may continue initial approval status as specified in section 54-03.2-07-02.
