The administrator provides the leadership and is accountable for the administration, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the program. The administrator responsibilities include the following:
1. Develop and maintain an environment conducive to the teaching and learning processes;2. Maintain a relationship with administrative and other units within the academic setting;3. Provide leadership within the faculty for the development and implementation of the curriculum;4. Manage the program budget; and5. Provide oversight of faculty recruitment, development, performance review, promotion, and retention.N.D. Admin Code 54-03.2-03-01
