Section 54-02-10-08 - Compact administration and interchange of information1. The head of the nurse licensing board, or that person's designee, of each party state shall be the administrator of this compact for that state. 2. The compact administrator of each party state shall furnish to the compact administrator of each other party state any information and documents, including a uniform data set of investigations, identifying information, licensure data, and disclosable alternative program participation information to facilitate the administration of this compact. 3. Compact administrators shall have the authority to develop uniform rules to facilitate and coordinate implementation of this compact.
