Section 45-14-01-23 - Nondiscrimination1. A licensee shall not unfairly discriminate against any consumer or customer because that consumer or customer has opted out from the disclosure of the person's nonpublic personal financial information pursuant to the provisions of this regulation. 2. A licensee shall not unfairly discriminate against a consumer or customer because that consumer or customer has not granted authorization for the disclosure of the person's nonpublic personal health information pursuant to the provisions of this rule. 3. Usual, appropriate, or acceptable insurance underwriting methods are not discriminatory practices for the purposes of this section. N.D. Admin Code 45-14-01-23
