Section 42-02-02-02 - Procedures for application1. Applicants shall submit:a. A completed application form;b. Verification of tribal enrollment;c. The applicant's most recent transcript that shows a cumulative GPA, or its equivalent;d. A needs analysis form completed by a financial aid officer at the institution the applicant will be attending; ande. The free application for federal student aid (FAFSA), for consideration of need-based awards.2. Current award recipients may apply for the scholarship in subsequent years by submitting a new application and the items listed in subdivisions c through e of subsection 1.N.D. Admin Code 42-02-02-02
