Section 33-07-03.2-08 - Physical environment The facility must be constructed, arranged, and maintained to ensure the safety and well-being of the residents.
1. The physical plant must comply with the construction standards of chapter 33-07-04.2; and 2. The facility must provide an environment that is maintained, clean, comfortable, and appropriately responds to the physical, functional, and psychosocial needs of the residents. The facility must provide adequate space, lighting levels, ventilation, and safety measures consistent with the services being offered and the needs of the residents being served. N.D.
