Section 112-01-04-08 - Self reporting of offenses and actions1. A licensee who has been convicted of an offense stated in subsections 6, 7, and 8 of section 112-01-04-03 shall notify the board within ten working days of conviction.2. A licensee who has been officially disciplined by another licensing board in North Dakota or in another jurisdiction shall notify the board within ten working days of disciplinary notification.N.D.
