Section 18B .0211 - WAITING PERIOD BETWEEN EXAMINATIONS(a) A person who fails a qualifying examination shall not be eligible to take another examination in the same classification until three months after the date of the failed examination.(b) A person shall be considered a new applicant each time he or she applies to take an examination, and he or she shall file an application setting forth the information specified in G.S. 87-42 and Rules .0201 and .0202 of this Subchapter and pay the required application and examination fee.
