Section 04A .0106 - LIGHT TRAFFIC ROADS(a) The maximum axle weight permitted for any vehicle operated on a road designated as a "Light Traffic Road" shall be 13,000 pounds.(b) The Division Engineer shall keep a record of all "Light Traffic Roads" in the respective division and the reason for such designations. He shall review the status of all "Light Traffic Roads" in the respective division at least annually for the purpose of recommending changes in the status of the roads.(c) The restricted axle load limit of trucks and other vehicles on "Light Traffic Roads" does not raise the load limit posted on any bridge on the "Light Traffic Roads".19A N.C.
