Section 07B .0103 - OPERATING HOURS AND GENERAL CONTACT INFORMATION(a) Hours. Departmental hours for the public are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of State holidays.(c) Email address: The Department may be contacted by email for notary-related issues at notary@sosnc.gov.
