Section 13 .0207 - INSPECTION REPORTS(a) Inspectors shall file inspection reports with the Chief Inspector: (1) within 10 working days after the date each inspection is performed;(2) immediately for all conditions of imminent danger, or any condition that would result in the insurance company's refusal to issue or continue an insurance policy on the boiler or pressure vessel; and(3) shall include the insurance policy identifier covering any equipment inspected by a special inspector.(b) Inspectors shall notify the Chief Inspector, in person or by electronic means, upon becoming aware of an accident which renders a boiler or pressure vessel inoperative or causes damage to property, personal injury, or death.(c) Should the inspector, during the course of making an inspection, find a condition of imminent danger, he shall immediately notify the Chief Inspector, in person or by electronic means, so that steps might be taken to remove the device from service.13 N.C.
