Section 11H .0101 - DEFINITIONS(a) As used in this Section, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) "Break-even" means confirmation of sufficient executed resident's agreements to assure the facility's financial stability and which further indicate that projected revenues will at least be equal to projected expenses.(2) "Health related services" also means domiciliary (rest home) care or Homes for the Aged, skilled or intermediate nursing, nursing home or rest home admission, or priority admission into a facility, unit, or bed providing any of the above-named services.(3) "Lodging" means independent living without the need or use of health related services.(b) The definitions contained in G.S. 58-64-1 are incorporated into this Section by reference.11 N.C.
