Section 09 .2614 - OUTDOOR SPACE

Subject to the requirements in 10A NCAC 09 .0605, 09 .1402, and .2809, the licensed units within the multi-unit child care center may share outdoor space provided the staff/child ratios and group sizes in 10A NCAC 09 .2615 are maintained.
