Section 20A .0104 - REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION BY THE PUBLIC

(a) Anyone may request information on any rule, procedure, subgrant or contract administered by the Division by writing to the Director at the Division mailing address.

(b) A fee set by the Director will be charged for reproduction of public documents.

(c) All requests for information shall be subject to state and federal restrictions on dissemination of non-public documents.
