Section 52H .0106 - CHANGES IN SPECIFICATIONS FOR COOKING EQUIPMENT

Changes in specifications for cooking equipment and methods (as specified in 2 NCAC 07E .0105) may be permitted by the State Veterinarian when it will not affect the efficiency of cooking and operation.
